Hello, I'm Marcelle, a Cape Town-based creative working across multiple disciplines in the media space: producer, videographer, photographer, director, and editor. I have experience across the whole pipeline, from concept to delivery.

I run a small studio, and I've personally shot, edited, animated, written, and directed the work behind every brand you'll find on this site. I've also delivered corporate training to companies like DSTV, Checkers, and various agencies through the Academy of Digital Arts, and co-founded a running apparel brand with friends on the side.

I studied film, but ended up in Vietnam for three years teaching English, one of the best decisions of my life. I came back just before COVID and, through some hardship, started freelancing before eventually landing a role at Southern Oil, where I learned about marketing and the weight it can carry. What I picked up there turned out to be invaluable, and that knowledge is what helped me start my own studio.

I always have the urge to create, upskill, and work with wonderful people. What drives me is the medium itself, and the chance to entertain.

Right now I'm looking for more opportunities to create wholesome, creative, and humorous work: content, short films, documentaries, skits, explainers, animated shorts, and more. If you're after someone who can handle it all, I think I might be that guy.
